Hi! I’m Shannon and it’s great to meet you. I’m an experienced copywriter and marketing professional with nearly a decade of experience helping my clients get attention and results.

Although I’ve been a freelance writer since 2015, I started my career as an attorney. However, after a few years in the legal space, I was ready to use my powers of persuasion for something different. That’s when I decided to follow my passion for writing and delve into the world of marketing (and I’ve been loving every minute of it).

My Focus

I work with agencies, businesses, and publications around the United States and Canada to create print and digital content. You’ll see my portfolio includes everything from blog posts and SEO webpages to press releases and white papers.

Variety is the spice of life, so I love working with clients in different areas. Since I’ve been writing, I’ve written about healthcare, retail, beauty, consumer tech, hobbies, legal, marketing, travel, and non-profits. In all these areas, I’m especially passionate about creating direct-to-patient and B2C content.
